How do I find networking connections on Instagram

For example, I want to connect with Peter Mckinnon.
I want to see which of **my followers** is **followed by** Peter Mckinnon.
Algorithm:
1. Make list of my follower list
2. Make list of Peter Mckinnon’s following list
3. Identify matches
4. (Possibly create algorithm for 2nd degree connections too)Anyone know any program that does this? If not, anyone interested in coding one as a project?
