So, Basically We are a company who sells domain, hosting and give people IT supports. We have a team of 20 members. Our company is 3 years old. Now we want to recruit more people in our company. But before that we want to advertise our current employees so that people get interested to join our company. So can you please give us any idea how can I promote my employees on social media ?

If we were in 2007 I’d suggest a flash mob. But since it’s not that, you should try looking through TikTok/Instagram on videos people upload from work.
Try figuring what are the main hooks on working with you and then search for the right way to do so.
Also, do you want to promote each one individually or as a team?

I’ve seen many companies do ‘employee highlights.’ Talk about how long they’ve been at the job, what they like, maybe why IT, and other facts non-work related to round them out as a person.

You need to define a goal. Here you have two: highlight employees & attract new employees. They aren’t necessarily the same. Highlighting employees *might* leads to applications, but you don’t know that yet to make a goal of it.

For me step one would be to choose a goal. Do you want to highlight employees or do you want to attract employees? You can have a goal for both, but that would be two separate campaigns.

Assuming it’s to T/A, design an A/B test. A series of 3 posts highlighting employees with a CTA to apply, and the other variable a standard job ad. See which is more effective and driving qualified applicants.

If you have a website, you can use that to add some spotlight to your current employees. The next thing is to drive traffic.

I had a brand do a “day in the life” series to get interest from potential applicants. Every so often they’d have an employee take over their Instagram and post stories throughout the day to illustrate a general day in the life of that particular position. Ideally you’d do it on a more “social-media worthy” day (interesting project/meeting? launch day?) but it helps give interesting information to potential applicants and hopefully increases someone’s desire to work at your company.
