Hiring Seo Person

If you know of any good resources or recommendations for an expert SEO professional, please let me know. Additionally, if I were to hire an SEO person to work from 6 PM to 10 PM, what would be an appropriate compensation package for that?

Odd hours, but just know – SEO on a startup will take a year plus to show real dividends. Just saying this because your specific hours tell me your expectations are big

Most SEO experts are just buying backlinks, I think its hard to find a good one who would do the out reach for you, at my start up I found a few methods to do it myself, have been building with the top and relevant links

You just dont need SEO, you need a growth partner.
Early stage start up businesses will die without Lead Acquisition channel or proper funding. Are you funding this on your own?
The details about the business is a bit lacking for proper context.
New businesses or websites doesnt need SEOs in the beginning of their journey, they need a roadmap on what to do first. They need Strategy, and most of the SEOs now have a “Tactics” mindset and are not playing the longer timeline.
Anyway hope you find someone who can really help you and will not put “optimizing meta data” as a primary task, my 5 year old nephew can do that LOL.

I am an SEO expert. We agree on a rate, and you only pay once you see results cos a lot of people claim to be good at SEO and they never deliver results.
