The best niche is whatever you already know about. Don’t chase trends or pick something because it “performs well” – that’s a mistake I see constantly.
Start by documenting what you’re already doing. If you work in tech, finance, fitness, cooking, whatever – just show people how you do it. Behind-the-scenes content kills because it’s authentic and you’re already living it. Answer questions people in your field actually ask. Share lessons from your wins and failures.
You’re overthinking the “what should I make” part. Pick something you can talk about for an hour without getting bored, then just start posting about it. The audience will find you if you stick with it.

The part about scammers using fake court toll texts with QR codes to trick people is kinda scary, tbh, just be super cautious when getting unexpected messages with QR codes, fwiw, it’s probably a good idea to verify the sender before doing anything.
