I have been managing multiple accounts and finding bulk scheduling a little chaotic, so I’m planning to opt for a social media scheduling tool. I just googled and found a few on my list, like Buffer, Hootsuite, and GUDSHO Social. Please let me know if I’m on the right track.

Yeah, I’ve been through this exact struggle. I manage 26 accounts across different platforms and honestly Buffer and Hootsuite become absurdly expensive at that scale. Like Buffer starts charging per channel so you’re looking at hundreds a month just for scheduling, and Hootsuite’s pricing is even worse once you go past their base tier. It adds up fast and at some point you’re spending more on the tool than what some of the accounts even generate.

I bounced around between a few options and ended up landing on SocialCal which has been working well for me. The main thing that sold me was being able to post to multiple platforms with one click without getting nickel and dimed for every account I connect. When you’re managing this many accounts the last thing you want is per-channel pricing eating into your budget. Plus you can tweak the content for each platform before it goes out which is nice because what works on linkedin definitely doesn’t work on threads or bluesky.

Haven’t tried GUDSHO so can’t comment on that one. But I’d say before you commit to anything, check how their pricing scales with the number of accounts you’re actually managing. A tool that looks cheap at 3 accounts can become a nightmare at 10+. Learned that one the hard way lol.

How many accounts are you running? Because that honestly changes the recommendation entirely.
