Has anyone used Segmetrics? How is it?

Posted by Sad-Recognition-8257 on October 14, 2025 at 5:44 pm

Had an onboarding call with Segmetrics last week and honestly the demo looked pretty good, we need something to track attribution from a decent amount of sources (gads, shopify, meta, hubspot, etc) and we don't have the capicity to have someone create ETLs for us and draw it all up on Looker and we don't really want to go the connectors route.

we're a smallish-mid size company if that matters for context.

    Specific questions that I have:

    • how accurate the attribution modeling actually is
    • if the integrations work smoothly
    • whether it's worth the price point

Any opinions or anecdotes would be very helpful

I had a demo with them maybe two years ago? And everything looked great, we couldn’t get it approved internally because we were in a failed startup kind of situation but I don’t remember the pricing being that bad

I’ve been using Segmetrics for a little while so maybe I can answer these

    * how accurate the attribution modeling actually is

The attribution tracking is probably the stronger point of this tool, you can see high quality leads and where they come from so you can optimize properly, customer journeys are pretty easy to map out, ltv, roas, etc all pretty built in.

    * if the integrations work smoothly

Integrations were pretty easy to set up and use, I guess I don’t particularly have many data sources and integrations set up so I’m not sure how complex you can get it to be but so far everything we’ve set up works correctly. Having worked with ETLs in the past some tools offer better quality data and have better APIs than others so ymmv

    * whether it’s worth the price point

Honestly yeah, it’s not that bad in terms of pricing for what it offers imo. I did the math a couple of years ago and if you have like 5 or more data sources it’s cheaper than Looker connectors.

Whats your usecase? eCommerce and hubspot + ads?

Are you US or EU based?

They’re pretty good, pricing is not too bad. I’ve used it in the past and it’s pretty easy to use.

I’d say just go with the free trial and see if you like it.
