Instant Form has performed better for us that Automated Chat because the quality is higher. Instant chat has a higher operational cost. Too much spam, too many low quality leads reaching out.
Collecting an email address and sending an immediate auto responders (and an ongoing drip) is a better way to filter out low quality prospects. If they fill out the form, open the email and haven’t replied or click yet… You can call them. If they don’t open the email or engage, continue to nurture them with emails over days, weeks and months… Much better flow than going back and forth via automated chat which leads to junky and spammy replies.
