Google not indexing some pages
Posted by on June 6, 2021 at 5:42 pmgoogle is not indexing 2 pages from my website (wordpress) i have tried for more than a week, it submits my request for page crawl but nothing happens everything else is working well, even the terms and privacy policy page shows up (0 seo done).
Does anyone know whats causing this?

I am having this issue as well for some of my pages on my website.
Mine is worst because I had good traffic, about 3000+ daily visitors some months back then suddenly it slowed down then reduced to near 0.
The indexed pages are less than 30 now even though my sitemap on GSC shows “index 627”.
Haven’t been able to solve it since.
So I am also interested in the answers in this post.

Indexing takes time. It really depends on the niche/competition and how often Google crawls “your part of the internet”. I’ve seen pages index within a day or so, to more than a few weeks.
Whenever we launch new pages btw, we always check off that we give Google all the signals it needs to tell it “hey this page is important, index it plz”. We always check to include it in sitemap, input for indexaction, canonicalization and internal linking. We do this, and then we wait

Usually, either a technical issue of some sort, or the page lacks enough value to be indexed.
