We all are going through this, you create a campaign – verification, you increase budget – verification, it’s everywhere.

You should have your own login for Google ads and thus get your own verification codes. No need to ask the client.

Yep, annoying… and at least for me the change doesn’t get applied… I have to always cancel and then do it again.
I get that Google is trying to enhance security but it can be a bit much at times. We’re not seeing this in other platforms just to make a routine change.

Yeah, it’s super annoying. At first I thought it was because I was using a VPN, but no, it’s there all the time.
Hint for changing budget on existing campaigns without that stupid verification: when you get the “Limited by Budget” status flag, click on it to edit the budget. You don’t get asked for verification if you do it this way.
If you click to edit the daily budget directly instead, you’ll get the verification pop-up.

Its like the polar opposite of how they treat traffic we pay for.
