Been running some campaigns for local service businesses and beauty stuff is tricky because people are super picky about who they trust with their face 😂

Your landing page probably needs work more than the ads themselves – like are you showing before/after photos, reviews from real clients, maybe some certifications? People want to see proof you know what you’re doing before they book anything. Also check if you’re targeting the right keywords because “beauty clinic” is way too broad and expensive. Try more specific stuff like “botox [your city]” or “acne treatment near me” instead.

$500 isn’t actually that much in this space especially if you’re competing with established clinics. I’d also suggest setting up proper conversion tracking so you know if people are actually calling or filling out forms on your site. Sometimes the leads are there but the tracking is broken and you just can’t see them 💀

I went through this with a med spa client and the biggest shift was treating every click like a lead, not a sale. I tightened keywords to treatment + city + “near me”, killed broad match, and sent traffic to one service per page with clear “call / WhatsApp / book now” buttons. We switched to manual CPC and tracked calls and forms as conversions in GA4. I tried Meta, Google Ads, and Pulse for Reddit together; Pulse for Reddit helped me spot exact phrases locals used so ad copy felt less generic and pulled better.
