  Google Ads Overcharge + Account suspension ??

  Our ads are funded by an associate who ,since we paused our ads (about 2 weeks ago), has agreed to pay all previous amounts. The charge went through as they confirmed with their bank but as a safety precaution they told their bank about 2 weeks later to no longer accept charges from google ads. That same day google claimed we owe basically the amount that was already paid (which it showed we paid in their own billing chart) plus a little bit of interest, and also have suspended the account as it shows up as the transaction to pay was declined on the main primary card page.

  I assume because it was another person funding the account and not the owner it may have seemed suspicious as well, however I had sent in an appeal explaining how all parties have proof of the payment and are willing to confirm that the payment went through and our partner was ok with this deal, a day later google requested more information to proceed (proof of the secondary credit cards that are not in use) and when I try to confirm one of them it just stays stuck in a loading screen. I also do not want to have to pay an amount that was already paid to google through one of my personal cards.

  I made a community post on google ads and it got upvotes but no response. Sorry for the long post but some help would be appreciated, thanks
