Google Ads All Failing: India Election or Sensitive Content Disapproved Messages

Is anyone else having issues publishing new google discovery ads?
I’ve created ads for my cat youtube channel and the last 5 ads have come up with errors regarding the India Election and Sensitive Content.
None of my videos have anything that mention or affiliate with the India Election and there’s no sensitive details in my video. They’re videos of my cats for crying out loud..
Additionally 1 ad was first disapproved with the sensitive content flag, then the appeal was successful, then 5mins later it was disapproved for the India Election flag.
I’ve already live chatted with Google Ads, they reviewed and said there’s no issue and to submit an appeal. I’ve already done that and all 5 have come back with a failed result.
I know there are some people on twitter who are complaining about this, but is anyone else having this issue the past week?

Is India being targeted at all in the geo?? Just curious if that’s impacting eligibility for these kind of flags

This happened to me. If you appeal it, they will approve it as long as it is not targeting India at all in demo or geo
