Good resources to learn how to strengthen a media’s social media and digital presence?

Yesterday I was promoted at my work, and I will be in charge of our company’s social media presence and digital profile in general. The first thing I want to do is research how to best get started. Does anyone have some good resources on how to build audience on LinkedIn and Facebook, as well as general tools, tips and things to be aware of (suggestions to podcasts, guides etc. are very welcome).

Hey congrats on the promotion. The best way to get started is to figure out what your niche is and your target audience then you want to post content that your ideal customer/follower would enjoy. Make sure your videos and post teach, entertain, or make your followers feel something. Good luck!
