From a Facebook Lead Generation, can you get information to point you directly to the exact contact on Facebook?

I did a quick search on Facebook with the name however the name is fairly common so a few people popped up within the city (I’m running a local Lead Gen Ad).
Does Facebook provide data to pinpoint the exact person who has filled in the lead?

No, it doesn’t. What you can do in this case is dropping an email to them in case you have collected emails.
