Friend added me to manage his facebook page and ads, but I’m not getting any notification or mail.

It shows Pending, but I havent gotten an email or notification. How do I join his page as an admin?

Ask him to resend. Can take a few days for invites to appear and they often get stuck in spam filters.
After a certain number of resends (3 I think?) FB generates a link that you can click to gain access. Why this isn’t an immediate option is beyond me though.

If you’re using Gmail it is likely the invite is under the “Social” tab.
