Force Facebook to show caption

I have videos on Facebook with two caption language, one for my country ITA and one for foreigner ENG. Many people don’t see caption because they don’t know that they have to press the button. And some that know see the wrong language.
Is there a way to force facebook to always show subtitles in ENG? always also with sound on.
