I wanted to ask which is more effective for selling websites (done on wp with elementor)
also Is there a better and more effective way to get clients? (more than Facebook and google ads)

The answer of course, is both. But focus on Ads for the short term, while working on your long term SEO strategy.
You want multiple streams of traffic.
