Feedonomics vs GoDataFeed

I work for an agency and we are expanding our eCommerce business and while GDF is okay, they have super slow response times. I also find their support staff to be hit or miss. Some are great and others seem rather lazy.
For those who use Feedonomics, what is your experience with them?

Been using Feedonomics since 2017 and have used GoDataFeed as well with the odd client who already had it set up.
Feedonomics had better customer service and they seemed to care to solve problems. Onboarding and getting set up has been pretty smooth.

Definitely like Feedonomics. I think some of what they’re selling seems over-sold compared to what I’ve seen in execution (primarily their A/B testing capabilities), but overall super solid product with really solid customer service turnaround times.

When I looked at feedonomics, you had to use them to help onboard and ther was a long waittime (months). Does anyone know if this is still the case? Also, any ballpark on the pricing?

Damn some of yall are overpaying. Feedonomics is way too expensive. Only worth it if you just want someone to do it for you. Godata’s ui has gotten really good over the past year or two. Support has never let me down either.
