FB rules not working for anyone else?
Posted by on May 6, 2021 at 2:44 amI normally use rules to manage my ads but since 3 days ago, none of my rules work!
Seems that website purchase ROAS isn’t being tracked correctly.
For example, I’d use the rule -> turn off ad sets IF ROAS < 1.5
However, the ad set will get turned off no matter what. It seems that FB thinks all my ad sets have a ROAS of 0.
At the same time that this problem began, checking conversions on my mobile phone within the Facebook app has shown 0 conversions for all conversion objective campaigns.
Is anyone else experiencing these problems? Not having these rules makes managing ads impossible…

Same here i just had a clients ads get super fucked today.
I talked to a rep internally and they confirmed that this is a global issue..
My recommendation is to keep a close eye on the accounts and refreshing more than usual. We noticed that our highest preforming ad sets were getting paused and rupes just didn’t fire.

It’s stopped working for me for over 2 weeks now…
I set rules to automatically turn on or off campaigns for specific regions and timing purposes.
Started off with running rules over 30min-2 hours late. Now it just completely ignores them!
Definitely something broken ever since this big iOS update
