Fb rejected ads after pausing
Posted by on October 11, 2020 at 6:16 pm(Facebook Ads) Today I decided to pause one of my running ad sets, and after publishing the ad set/ ad to pause. It came back rejected. Is anyone experiencing this kind of scenario?
Lol, I didn’t know how to reply to everyone simultaneously and make sure you guys got the notifications. So I replied individually 🙂

Yeah it’s happened to both of the last 2 ads I ran and then paused. No idea why either

Ads go thru several phases of detection, sometimes they get banned and you just have to either duplicate, or dispute

I feel like it has happened in the past, but FB (recently this year and lot more since Covid) has used more automation to reject ads. I would also say with the pressure they’ve been on they have been more conservative in what goes live.

Same. In the end, I updated the url and visible domains url and it was approved. There are extra regulations now with the elections which can falsely censor or reject your ad.
