FB: Did this change? Help me understand how I can post as my own pages…

I have three pages – my personal page, my business page, and a group page.
I believe there used to be a dropdown that simply let me switch accounts and “become” any one of these pages, so that I could browse to a group and post as my business for example.
However, except for actually ***searching*** for these pages, *I can’t find them anywhere in my profile*.
So – from the desktop app:
1. How do I find my own pages from my personal profile?
2. How do I switch accounts so that I can post as my own pages?
3. Is there some kind of actual, accurate guide to this? I’ve found about a hundred that don’t seem to reflect what’s actually in the desktop app.thanks!
