  FB Business Suite App – Inbox Chat Problem

  Hi
  I’m in FB Business Suite App. I click the inbox. Then I click a conversation. Then I click the option to ADD DETAILS/TAGS about the specific person I type with. NOTHING HAPPENS. The option doesn’t work. Does anyone have the same issue?
