FB Ads Lead Generation Campaign – reps are calling the leads, but the person on the other end of the line is saying that they didn’t submit a form
Basically what the headline says.

We are running a FB Ads campaign, with the ‘lead generation’ objective. A vast majority of the leads that come through are legitimate.

Our client uses a call center. When one of the reps calls the person who filled out the form, on occasion they will hear that they didn’t fill out a form. Sometimes they will say that they don’t know how the rep got their number. They will insist that they never inquired through FB or any other platform.

The only reasons that we can think of for this is if someone uses FB on a public computer, such as in a library, and doesn’t realize that they are on someone else’s profile (the information can auto-fill) or if a family member or friend fills out the form on behalf of someone else, but doesn’t tell them. The problem is, this has happened enough times that it is incredibly unlikely that this is consistently true.

While I think that this is a separate problem, it may be the same so here goes: they are in a town with a lot of Spanish speaking folks. We have the language settings so that we are only advertising to people who use British or American English, yet people who only speak Spanish occasionally do slip through. I think this is a function of where they are and little else, but if anyone knows how Spanish speaking people are slipping through, please let me know.

Help me out, friends. Have y’all ever had a problem like this, and do you know how to resolve it?
