FB Ad Account Disabled, Appeal Denied

Hey guys I am new to Facebook ads so please bare with me.

Around 3 weeks ago I got disabled on my business ad account immediately after trying to publish my 2nd video ad. I know a lot of people have been facing this issue recently, and like many others, I was in no violation of Facebook’s policies.

Finally after 3 weeks of waiting, Facebook got back to me with a generic message saying “After further review of your business account, we found it didn’t comply with our Advertising Policies or other standards. This business account will no longer be allowed to advertise and its Ad accounts and Ads will remain disabled.”

I tried to appeal again after receiving this message, but it does not allow me and says that their decision is final. I also have not had any luck in finding the live support chat that I hear people mention. What are my next steps, if any, to contact Facebook or to be able to run ads again?

Also, my personal account has not been banned. This may be a dumb question, but can I delete my banned Facebook business account/page and create a new one under the same name and try to run ads again? Or will Facebook be able to easily detect that?

I really am unsure of what to do at this point. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Facebook has a lot of systems in place to track you even html5 can record your GPU. So changing your IP is basically just one step
