Facebook timeline in chronological order – is a change coming?

Noticed that my Facebook timeline was in chronological order for 10-15 minutes yesterday after spotting a big drop in referral traffic. This is the 3rd time I’ve noticed this happen in the past few months…so what’s going on? This seems to be happening too much to be a bug.
Could Facebook be testing a big algorithm or timeline change?

Doubtful, but would be cool. Facebook uses algorithm to keep people on longer but I hate it. I wanna be completely up to date just skip the stuff I don’t want.
