Facebook: Is there a way to send a message from a business page to a list of facebook users (non-liked). Is this possible?
Posted by on July 2, 2020 at 12:43 amI have a list of Facebook User ID’s gathered throughout a bunch of events I ran. I want to send them all a Facebook message from my business account (like a subscriber email) however they haven’t liked my Facebook Business page.
Is this something that is possible? I see Facebook have an API, however I am not sure if that Messaging API will work with non-liked users.
If anyone has any insight, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

Edit: I just reread what you wrote, and I’m so sorry I didn’t answer your question at all lol! I thought you were asking about followers.
I do not believe this is possible. In fact, I don’t think you can message anyone who has liked/followed your page (I’m talking messaging them as your page, not as your personal profile), unless they have commented on a post or advertisement. And even then, there’s a time-limit. They had to have interacted with you recently.
