Facebook is charging me but my ads are still disabled.
Posted by on October 10, 2020 at 2:12 amtoday i noticed that my ads were disabled with account error under delivery. i went to pay the money and it said it didnt work. but still charged me. i changed the account information and it didnt go through but charged me again. so i have payed 40 dollars for nothing. Any help?

Facebook charges you on an accrual basis, i.e. the money you paid now is for ads you ran in the past. They have a billing threshold, say $300-500 for a small account, but if you don’t hit that they clear the account of whatever is owing periodically.
