    Facebook Feedback Score

    My Facebook page got restricted from advertising due to a low feedback score, I was able to overturn the restriction but now with a penalty.

    However its already been 2 weeks and the penalty is just increasing, with no feedback score either, just a question mark where the score should be. And of course major ad performance drops.

    No idea what to do about this either.

    I’m not even dropshipping, running a genuine clothing brand with stock.

    Do you guys have any suggestions?

    What category does your page belong to? The thing with feedback score is that your after sales services/ quality of the product must be maintained. In short you must be deliver what you promise them through your ads. One way to fix this would be to ensure your user’s funnel has the best quality. The penalty should reduce as your quality score increases with time.

    This would work really well except my customers are too old to have computers and this link can be only accessed from a computer. Any suggestions to bypass the requirement for a PC?

    Facebook it’s pretty shadowy about this and their algorithm has an enormous delay. I manage a couple of ad accounts for different brands and one of them (a shoe company) is always getting penalty out of nowhere. The one recommendation I can give you is to be pariente and to maintain a good after-purchase service (shipping, returns, etc). Also, don’t block or delete bad comments on your socials.

    Hey!

    Had the same issue last year. You will get a score after 9 or 10 weeks, in this period CPM and CPA will skyrocket.

    I suggest you to send emails to your customers after they got the package with something like this” Are you satisfied with your purchase from /your brand name/?” and ask them about their experience. In this way the customers who aren’t satisfied will complain to you and you can fix their issue and ask them to give you positive feedback on the survey. You should also ask the customers who are satisfied and reply to your email to give you good feedback. You can use this method to give them discounts & upsell in a personal way= more revenue, less feedback score issue

    Based on one of your replies mentioning stock being delayed, I’m assuming a lot of the negative feedback was around the time it took to receive the product? First thing to do if you’re ever having shipping delays is to make sure you have Facebook’s feedback system set up to send the survey to customers as late as possible.

    To do that, hit the “Business Tools” button to view the main menu, then choose “Account Quality”. Scroll down to the “Understand Your Score” section, and hit the “Set Delivery Speed” button. Then choose “>= 9 weeks” within the dropdown and hit “Save”.

    By changing the “Delivery Speed”, it changes when the survey is sent to customers. Pushing it out to the farthest possible time helps to minimize the number of customers who get the survey from Facebook before they’ve received the product. When customers receive the survey before the product, it usually results in very low scores (they’re angry because they haven’t received the product yet), so this helps minimize those effects.
