Facebook Commercial account store creation ADMIN ERROR

Thank you for taking the time to read, I am creating a Facebook and instagram store for a cliente, he putted me as an admin both on his page as well as his commercial account but when I go for the creation of the store it always says that “You are not and admin”, any tips on how to solve this problem?
