  Facebook catalog can no longer access XML Feed.

  Hi!

  In the e-commerce where I work, we always use an xml feed with the products from our website in the Facebook Catalog. Yesterday the site underwent some changes (made by a third-party web company, which manages our site), and was down for a few minutes. In this downtime, the feed status was ”Upload Session Failed”.

  The site went back online, the company that manages our site changed the address of the xml feed,
  i tested the address with the feed and it’s opening normally, i updated the address in the facebook catalogue, but the message ”Load session failed” continues. I redid the process from scratch, confirmed that the company that manages our site, and does not have any kind of link blocking. It’s just like the old one. They told me it might be some facebook cache problem. Does anyone know if that’s it or how to solve it?
