Facebook Automatic App Ads Learning Phase

I am running Facebook Automatic App Ads for App Install and was wondering if there is a learning phase because I can’t seem to find indication anywhere? I spoke to a Facebook “Marketing Expert” and she told me to wait about 7 days to decide whether the campaign is doing good or not. Is it best to wait a week for the app install cost to go down eventually at the optimum level because at the moment on the second day it fluctuates.

Currently there seem to be some issues with these AAA iOS 14.5 campaigns. A facebook employee told me they had a bug on campaigns that started after June 1st. We’re currently losing money
