Facebook ads took my money and then disabled my account right after

Posted by seohelper on June 4, 2021 at 10:40 am

    Hi,

I was trying to set up my first ad, and it said it was in review for around 15 minutes. Then when I refreshed it said my account has been restricted and I couldn’t place ads. On the account quality page it doesn’t say that my ad was disabled

    What are my options?

Just wait for few hrs you can see it got disabled and don’t worry. You can submit a readdressal and they will revoke the suspension

Had similar issue a few months back, had to appeal, took about a week. No real answer on what I did wrong, probably just a bug in their AI.

Charging the account immediately on suspension felt like a slap in the face, but I imagine it’s in their best interest.

verify your Facebook personal and business manager first and the rest will be easier when the restriction comes

also share your Business Manager, ad account, pixel and page to another person so they can access the ad account while waiting your restriction review

Start a peaceful protest OR riot OR contact Facebook I’m sure they have more answers than I do

Fb LOVES slapping accounts for no reason, it’s what they do, We simply have handful of accounts at all times and a “farm system” to make sure we never run dry of ad accounts.

Ever since then we haven’t had issues when an account goes down..

I’m a Facebook ad policy specialist, I worked at Facebook and I can share that you first need to identify why your ad account was disabled to be able to write an effective appeal. Also if you’ve written an appeal but your funnel still has ad policy violations, that’s like yelling out of a window going 100 MPH to the cop behind you, “I promise I won’t speed again!”
