    Facebook Ads not running at certains hours of the day

    Hi,

    I didn’t find the answer to this anywhere. I am currently running a FB Ads campaign with a 150$/day budget (and 5 adset in it), theses are running pretty fine but I noticed that all my ads are not having any reach/budget spent between 8 p.m and midnight. Facebook diffusion report show that during theses hours, they are literally between 0 impressions, while all others hours have at least 800 to 2000 impressions, even at night.

    It’s also strange because after midnight (between midnight and 1 a.m) suddently all adsets start getting reach again.

    All ads have a good quality and interaction score, ROAS is also great, so I really don’t see why it don’t work during theses hours that are key to us because where we usually have conversions during theses hours using others channels.

    Facebook now allowed to advertiser to contact them…. So i suggest to have a chat with them

    Are you spending the full $150/day? You may just be out of budget

    Hmm. What is your optimization event? I’m wondering if your event is too high up the funnel for it to be able to serve during low-volume times.

    It could potentially be that combined with small audiences.

    If you don’t get 50 conversions per ad set per week of your opt. event, might be a good idea to choose a higher volume event

    The only time I’ve ever seen something like this was with a new, client owned account that had an arbitary daily spend credit limit applied to the account, but there was no indication of this in Business Manager.

    As soon as that limit was hit after a few hours, no further impressions were served.

    I’d reach out to Facebook support on this.

    i think this more has to do with fb algorithm optimizing your campaigns and spend to the times of day that have shown to drive the most conversions.
