    Facebook ad advice

Posted by seohelper on February 15, 2021 at 8:09 am

Hey guys, I’ve been running my ad for about a 1 day now and so far I’ve got 60 link clicks, 7 add to carts, 4 initiate checkouts, 0 purchases. I’ve spent $12 so far, I feel like this ad is going good so far, should I just leave the ad as is? Increase the budget? And how long should I leave the ad running before killing it if no purchases are made? I’m very new to This so I’m sorry if this is a dumb question, any help would be amazing!

Those stats look decent enough, so well done considering you’re new to FB advertising, it’s a promising start.

What’s your average order value? It’s hard to say what you should continue to spend or when to kill something w/o additional info.

    How’s your conversion funnel?

The dropouts don’t necessarily need to mean something but I’d check the checkout process nonetheless with those numbers. Maybe the CTAs are confusing or something else breaks the funnel.

Yes, keep filling the shopping cart funnel, test variations to see if you can get more people into TOFU and further down the shopping cart funnel.

Use video analytics like hotjar to help identify usability and intent behavior to guide optimization. Use live chat to help potential customers by answering time sensitive questions while ordering.
