Facebook Ad Accounts Are Permanently Restricted
Posted by on February 6, 2021 at 12:35 pmHello everyone! I hope you’re all doing well and happy. I have a question about FB Ads. So my FB ad accounts and business manager is permanently restricted. I’ve tried contacting them through chat support and they said it’s irrevocable. I was running the same type of ads for about 2-3 weeks.
It was just an ad to drive traffic to an IG account, a very simple ad. It was fine and they were completely fine with it. The funny thing is The Facebook Ads Team is fine with it but the Facebook Business team said i didn’t comply with advertising policies. I appealed and they responded on the same day. The Facebook Ads Team was fine but The Facebook Business Team wasn’t fine with it.
So my question is, has anyone here successfully gotten their “Permanently” restricted ad accounts restored? If so how? I know what “Permanent” means but i’d like to be optimistic on this matter.
Also does anyone know Facebook’s support email? The chat support doesn’t seem to help much.
I would truly appreciate an assistance on this issue. Thank you and have a great day y’all! 🙂
