Facebook Ad Account Daily Spending Limit

Posted by seohelper on May 7, 2021 at 6:15 pm

I have come to a roadblock when trying to run ads for my online business. Not too long ago, I created a Facebook ad account in order to advertise products on my online store. I have created 5 ad sets, each with a daily spending limit of 10 dollars for a total of up to 50 dollars a day. Although this is the case, each day when it has reached 25 dollars spent, the ad account stops running and does not spend anymore money beyond this 25 dollar threshold. Is there a way to remove this threshold and continue to run ads for the rest of the day? I know Facebook puts a threshold for new ad accounts, but I have been running these ads for a few days now and feel like this limit should be increased. Is there a way to contact their support and ask for this threshold to be increased? I would appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

Are you sure you didn’t specify a spending limit?

You have to contact them to raise that limit.

I’ve learned there is a Lifetime Budget, a Spending Limit, and then some kind of invisible daily limit that only Facebook can see that protects you from accidentally spending $5,000 a day. For the record, it is not just new accounts either although I know new is going to be stricter.

Anyway, if you contact support and let them know what you’d like them to increase it to they should raise it for you.
