Facebook account error? not unpaid bill related
Posted by on July 3, 2020 at 12:29 pmJust logged in and seen all our ads aren’t running due to an account error. There are no unpaid bills on billing manager so am confused about what this could be.
We mainly use the account for lead gen activities so having a whole day down will mean callers with nothing to do, so am keen to fix it but not sure how.
Anyone had this before?

Posting a screenshot would help. I’ve only ever seen “account error” for billing related issues. Show a screenshot of the ads manager page as well as a screenshot of your Billing page (with any sensitive info blurred obviously)
