ECPC for Google shopping or manual bids

Just started some new Google Shopping campaigns a few weeks ago , with a fairly new company, just a few months old.
What do you recommend for the bidding strategie? The ECPC strategy or manual bidding?And if so, why choose ECPC or manual?

Ecpc is a bit like the Maximize Conversions strategy, which you would want to use when you have some more conversions in your account.
Go with Manual CPC for a while until your products are converting.
