Does reels lower your original posts natural reach and engagement?

Now I have a reel that has gotten about 45k views while my posts only get around 400 likes
Does the reach of my reel lower my original posts reach?

No. Unrelated. IG is just promoting the overall reach of Reels whilst continuously reducing the reach of everything else because they want you to pay.
