Shopify changes how their checkout and other pages work last year to smooth things out. 80% of our clients are on Shopify and don’t have this issue. Something else must be at play on your store or shopping feed.

P.S. Do research into “[Shopify checkout extensibility](https://www.takesomerisk.com/shopifys-checkout-extensibility/),” if you have not as that is likely your issue.

Nah, blocking cart/checkout from Googlebot isn’t your issue. Shopify (and pretty much every e-commerce platform) does that by default. Google doesn’t care about crawling your checkout flow. It just needs to see the product pages are accessible and match what you’re listing.

The real problem is more likely your policies. A 10-day dispatch + 5-7 day shipping basically means people are waiting up to 2+ weeks. Google Merchant Center doesn’t love that. They want clear, accurate, and reasonable delivery times.

Same with your return policy. Right now, you’re only accepting returns for damaged/defective items within 72 hours. That’s super restrictive, and Google often flags that as “misrepresentation.” Most regions expect at least 7 days, often more.

If you want to stop getting suspended:

    * Update your shipping info to something more realistic/faster if possible.
    * Loosen up your return/refund policy (make it more consumer-friendly).
    * Make sure your site clearly shows contact info (email, phone, full address).
