Does anyone else feel like they’re always 3 days late to every IG/Reels trend?
Hey everyone, I’m doing some research into content workflows for 2026.
I feel like by the time a trending audio or format hits my "Explore" or "Trending" tab, the trend is already saturated and peaking. It feels like a constant race to find what's "next" before it becomes cringe.
- How much time are you actually spending "scrolling" just to find a trend to hop on?
- What's your current process for spotting something before it goes viral? (Do you use tools, follow specific accounts, or just gut feeling?)
- If you’ve ever hopped on a trend "too late," did it actually hurt your reach/engagement?
Just trying to see if I’m the only one struggling with the timing side of Reels/Shorts.
