Does anchors in internal links effect SEO?
Posted by on February 24, 2021 at 7:05 amIf I have link anchors ([mysite.com#anchor](https://mysite.com#anchor)) on a lot of my sites links does this effect anything or help?
I’m using anchors to jump the user below the page hero.

Yes. The more relevant the link the better.

Yep. They provide info to google bot as to which page is dedicated to answer which search queries. Very important to have them correct and natural looking if you are blasting the pages with good links.
