So, suppose the keyword is – How to delete a Facebook Comment

And the title is – How to delete a Facebook Comment left by a Follower

Does adding more words to the title after the keyword affects ranking in any way.

    Looking forward to interesting perspectives.

    I would say so.

H1 titles don’t affect ranking per se, but together with a good meta description, you help Google understand better what your page is about, and that might improve your page rankings.

Do use the keywords you have and focus on the clicks, as has been suggested.
