    Does a program exist to monitor real-time hashtags that are about to go viral?

    Basically, I want to get an alert when a hashtag is used at a certain frequency within a certain time frame. For example, when a hashtag has been mentioned >20,000 times within 2 hours or something. I know there are so many hashtag monitoring tools out there, but can’t seem to find one that will do this.

    I am trying to identify hashtags that have the *potential* to go viral.
