Do you think most Link builders lack a professional approach towards SEO?

However, I do not see any change in a few link-building experts. The same old trading link approach and unprofessional collaboration emails, especially from agencies. Backlinks are important, and the value is at its highest now. Do you think this will create a shift in the work of link builders?
