Do small business owners really need to post every day?

Some people say: “If you’re not posting daily, you don’t exist.”
Others say: “Just focus on serving customers, social media isn’t that deep.”
For small business owners who already wear 10 hats… posting every day sounds unrealistic.
What’s been your real experience?
Has posting daily actually made a difference for you, or did it just add more stress?

No, we have a local business and 3x a week is fine. 1 (promotional )which we boost in 20km/10m radius and 2 organic, (fun,instore and customer photos, new stock, local events non promotional ) share 1 of those with local groups.

The key is to be consistent. Consistent looks different for lots of businesses.

Honestly using a marketing agency for that stuff for small businesses is the way to go
