Do I need to hire a marketing company to take over the deactivated Facebook ad account for my business page since they have live reps to help them and I don’t?

Is this a dumb idea? I don’t know what else to do and I hate wasting so many business days on this. I’ve never violated any rules, I’ve been inactive for some time and my page was hacked and recovered.

Since large accounts are the only ones who get live reps looking into things, how viable would this plan be? What would you do?

Is it just your ad account that’s affected?

No, you just need to chat with fb in live chat. No need for an agency. But let me tell you, it can take weeks!

Most marketing companies don’t have my more access than you do. Source : I run a marketing company.

Get a family member that is not active there to give you the login and take over their fb identity.

Use a new computer or a vpn + private browser

If fb does not really know them it should work
