Do Facebook Purchase Conversions Work With Etsy?
Posted by on March 10, 2021 at 4:01 pmI feel like an idiot asking this, but do Facebook Purchase Conversions work with Etsy? I’ve been trying to understand if I can set this up and their documentation is… not helpful and I can’t seem to find a clear answer online.
I see that you can add a Facebook pixel, but it isn’t clear what exactly it is capable of tracking. I also know Etsy has their own ad platform so it wouldnt surprise me if they tried to hamstring their competition.

Anyway – would be helpful to know as I need to figure out if I need to migrate a clients shop elsewhere or not.

If they have a place to put the pixel ID number only, then it’s likely they will automatically track all the standard events. Like ATC, purchase, initiated purchase, etc.
