Display campaign 2 sizes only?!
Posted by on June 30, 2021 at 11:38 pmI’m aware of all of the display ad sizes but every time I create a group of creatives, Google only lets me crop to a 1.91 x1 and a 1×1 ratio. I can’t upload creatives for skyscrapers or leader boards etc. what am I doing wrong?

It sounds like you’re setting up a responsive display ad rather than a regular display ad. Responsive display ads use images in those two sizes along with copy you submit to create ads in all different sizes. The actual image won’t take up all of the ad area, you’ll be able to see in the examples how it will look.
If you want to upload creative in the different sizes you need to choose “upload display ads”. This creative will need to include all the copy, ctas etc as there’s no option to add this in, Google will just use the file you upload.
