[Discussion / Observations] Have you noticed any changes with Facebook advertising since the recent boycotts by 500+ companies?

Have you noticed any changes at all concerning FB advertising like customers asking more questions or wanting to move platforms, FB advertising prices increasing or decreasing, FB ad effectiveness, etc.?

Let us know how this recent FB boycott is affecting your campaigns, if at all.

Gone to shit for us. We were spending 5-10k a day on each account. Currently down to $500 a day. People just aren’t converting atm.

Performance is really down for me. Has been since the announcement of the over-reported conversions recently. I assume the algorithm is just having a tough time with the spike but it’s REALLY not leveling out at the moment.

My performance has been the same. Prices though does considerably in the past week. CPM’s are about 40% to what they were.

There is no reason this should affect things at scale. The amount of budget these advertisers have taken out of the marketplace is really really small. Consumer behavior isn’t affected, and anyone seeing changes is confusing correlation and causation.

Business always drops in June/July and companies always cut ads.

It’s nothing compared to the savings we had during the corona spike in late March.
